Terms of work

1. Sessions

Each session lasts 50 minutes. Frequency is set together — typically weekly for the first 2–3 months.

2. Pricing & payment

Current pricing is shown on the home page. Payment is due at the end of each session, by cash or bank transfer.

3. Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free. Later cancellations or no-shows are charged in full unless caused by force majeure.

4. Confidentiality

Everything you share is strictly confidential, with the well-known legal exceptions (imminent danger to self or others, court order, mandatory reporting of harm to a minor).

5. Crisis

This website is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, call 112 or the emergency line listed on the home page footer.
