Veselina Ginova, registered psychotherapist practising in Sofia, Bulgaria, is the data controller for any personal information you share through this website or during sessions.

2. What data we collect

When you book a session, we collect your name, email, phone number, and any notes you add. During therapy, session notes are kept strictly confidential and stored separately from the booking system.

3. How long we keep it

Booking data is retained for [N months] after the appointment and then anonymised. Session notes are kept as required by Bulgarian professional standards for psychotherapy practice.

4. Your rights (GDPR)

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the email in the footer.

5. Subprocessors

We use Vercel (hosting), [Database host] (booking data), and Resend (transactional email). All three operate in the EU/EEA.
